Sub: Wrong, Low quality and smells filthy material was delivered and the supplier is not taking back and refunding the money
Dear Sir,
We placed the order looking at many pictures through WhatsApp and sent the order detailing if the quality or the color difference goods will be returned, and the supplier agree to it and sent the payment before the dispatch trusting the supplier. After we received goods we learn that the fabric and the colors what we ordered and what we have received was completely different. We informed the supplier about the issues immediately after we received the sarees but they are refusing to take it back and stopped communicating.
Please help us resolve this issue and get our hard-earned money back.
