Puma Flipkart - Low quality bag received

I've ordered a puma bag on flip cart for ****-**** rs. I got it mainly for the brand and its logo printed on the front. But the print got damaged just after * days of gentle use! The bottle holder is also too gentle to hold my *** ml puma water bottle! (Just a small water bottle) I've seen a lot of people who have their bags with the complete logo print for years.. but mine looks really terrible. Moreover, they bought it for ***-**** while I spent *** extra on it! I seek redressal for my bag as it is one of my right as a consumer. I'm expecting you to replace my bag with a good quality one.. I've shopped a lot in puma and I expect you to address my concern. Thank you!
