Lakshmi Kammasandra filed complaint against Lenovo on Feb 24, 2022
We are a startup firm and have purchased * laptops V**, ** gen Intel i* laptops on **th of February ****, as per the below order number. These were for our start-up and as advised by their inside sales team as best suitable for our requirements.
The laptops received on **th are extremely lagging and slow performing. they take about ** seconds to respond to each click in the local machine and much slower on net. So if we type anything, we will not know what we typed until half a minute or so. They are not fit for the purpose of purchase which is coding and development that our startup firm is into.

As soon as we noticed that on **th we raised an immediate complaint. But no one seemed to respond correctly neither their online chat team, on call or via email, until I had written to sue them as it was causing revenue loss and client frustration for us.
Their technical person came to office today on **th after many many follow-ups. He mentioned the following which is shocking and causing mental agony:
*. Windows ** Pro is not compatible with *GB Ram, so even with all other great configuration of the system, it is not fit for purpose.
*. No Quality performance was done on the system before sale as the operating system wasn't installed correctly causing it much problem.
*. Although the systems were delivered on **th, the operating system installation was done * months ago and warranty in their system is only reflecting as * months left instead of ** months.
*. I purchased extended * years warranty but that was not reflected in their system at all.
*. Representative who said systems will be replaced or refunded if any issue is now asking us to pay additional and upgrade but would not refund or exchange.
Being a start-up and recieving bad feedback of low performance of the team from Clients is causing a huge mental agony. Obviously, low performing system cannot be a reason for * weeks, and we are worried of losing our clients. Financial Loss caused and immediate new puchases is another problem when each capital investment is done with so much of thought. Overall we feel cheated by the behaviour of Lenovo.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
