Fabbaazar surat - Low cost different saree

I ordered Red color silk saree in FABBAAZAR of the worth of Rs **** . But they delivered pink color low cost saree . That is different from the image . I called them to refund the money . But they said that we will send one message that you have to forward to the number ********** . I forwarded the message but they told like they did not receive the message . Past three days they were playing with me .Finally they asked me remote access of the mobile . They are cheating the cutomers . I told to raise the compliant . they said go and raise the complaint . Most of the customers have been affected because of this FABBAAZAR . Please call them & take the immediate action . I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
