Mutoot fincorp - Lousy customer

I have paid amount on online to muthoot fincorp ltd, from bank side there is no technical and server issues from account amount has dedected but they accept that amount now they are asking me to pay penalty and also they said it takes ** days for refund us because of technical issues in there server, they also took tax amount for the paid amount, but now i cant pay again money so plz help me in this penalty problem
