Bangalore domestic departure lounge - Lounge acess denied

I paid ***+gst x * annual fee to ICICI Bank coral Credit Card and coral Debit Card. But as per the commitment by the icici representative I will get the * airport lounge acess per quarter in each cards and *+* movie tickets also I will get. But till now I am not able to purchase *+* movie tickets till now ever. And **nd Feb today the lounge people denied me to acess the airport lounge with my wife because as per them on a single name you can't acess the lounge on same time if you have n+* numbers of master cards also. And the Bangalore domestic lounge people are so rude that they didn't bother to help and listen to you. They denied in a rude manner and we got insulted among other people and I lost my presitge infront of my wife and all the people standing in the que. This is not the *st time I acess the lounge service. Many Time I accessed but this time they came up with a new rule. If I have multiple card then why I couldn't acess the lounge with my wife? Why I am paying extra charges to ICICI Bank? And when I contacted master card they told me they are not in association with icici bank. Now tell me who is going to solve my problem? ICICI or MasterCard or Bangalore domestic lounge?
