Laundry Village - Lost the package full of clothes

I gave my clothes to this laundry service. At the time of delivery, the delivery guy said there was some confusion with the package, please contact customer care, after weeks of calling again and again, they said they have sent the clothes to some other client by mistake, and will deliver it to me as soon as they receive. Whenever I called, they said they will deliver it today. After another two weeks they said package wasn't found, then I asked for refund of my clothes and the pain and frustration they have caused me for more than a month, again they said will resolve "today". Whenever they pickup the phone they say, Sir *-* is our lunch time, and before that may be we are busy, so was not able to pick call. FYI they close at * too. How am I supposed to contact them. They are harassing me daily, I call them more than ** times a day, but they won't pickup the call.
