Regarding the shipment AWB: ************** you have has me to contact Shiprocket for a follow-up on this with Shiprocket, not sure why you have asked us to do so when this shipment was picked up by Xpressbees. Even then I did call up Shiprocket and spoke to their Customer Service, Madhusudan and he informed me that as per their records the shipment has been delivered and if we are declaring it as lost we need to contact Xpressbees.
