I shipped a package containing two items (Lenovo ***-**ISK Laptop and FreeStyle Lite Blood Glucose Test Strips) from UNA (H.P) to Pune (Maharashtra) .The shipment was lost at Amabala by Dot delivery staff and same status can be viewed online as well. I have been try to get refund or shipped items back for more than * weeks now and I haven't got any response or any confirmation. I have dropped them **+ email to their directors as well but no response.
