kraftqueen - lost my money in preordering from Instagram post

on **/**/**** I order cloths by seeing one Instagram Advertisement called "kraftqueen.in" after the payment is done through Phonepe they mentioned I will get the order details. But I haven't received anything. Then I went back and commented on that advertisement. Then they immediately deleted the post and not responding to the help desk mail "lavishkumar****@gmail.com"
