Wazirx - Lost my investment account

I am going to list out what I have gone through chronologically.
**th April - Had to reset my phone due to some system corruption.
**th April- lost my * Factor Authentication (service provided by Google to companies) which is a secure form of verification. I was unable to access my account following the same. I sent an email to wazirx regarding this issue, got a standard reply " we will get back to you asap".
Had to send the same email on **th , **th, **th, **th April and as of today(** April) have not received any other response except"we will get back to you asap".
I also tweeted several times and no response.
I had about **k invested into the account (before ** April) and it fell to **k.All I could do was sit and watch. My money was basically held hostage.
Now I already had an inkling on the crypto named doge, i was going to buy that coin and was already suggesting to people that it's going to give *** percent growth.
But since I could not access account couldn't buy doge as all my money was invested in wazirx.
Now I know that intent to buy is not something admissible in court and the only proof I have is a suggestion I gave on reddit to a guy. I will be attaching screenshots supporting all my claims.
The only reason I took this long to file a complain was because I was having my final year mbbs exams. I was already under a lot of pressure and the unprofessional shown from wazirx really crushed me. I am seeking compensation for the mental strain and unprofessional behaviour of the company.
