Evia Information Systems Private Limited - Lost my current job because of offer given by Evia information systems private ltd

I got a call from a company called Evia information systems private ltd regarding software developer opening then I attended and cleared the interview and they send the offer , I accepted the offer given by them and I was asked to join as soon as possible maximum ** days .Then they used to call me daily and they will enquiry about my resignation status and they will collect joining documents also , So I resigned my job and served notice period in my current company. Then on joining day I'm calling Evia Hr people they are not responding then second day EOD they calling after my continuous call they saying client project went on hold so they can't onboard me. Now I lost my job in this pandemic situation because of trusting their offer and I lost my salary also. I have six family member depends on monthly salary. I very very very frustrated and disappointed and mentally affected. These company people played with my life and my job. I asked them to pay at least ** days of my salary as a compensation because now I lost job & money they saying they won't provide .
