I purchased glasses from Coolwinks and paid using PhonePe Wallet. After I made the payment, I got a Cash Back from PhonePe of Rs****. I was really happy and unsure about this offer. Suddenly I noticed that after this notification, my PhonePe wallet got deactivated. I felt like there was some bug that I received the CashBack and not sure why the wallet closed. So I opted to return the item smelling something fishy. After I cancelled my order, I got Rs. *** back in my bank and the rest of the money was never returned. Later I got to know that the offer was "no coupon required offer". Rs **** was the cashback from this offer. PhonePe team is not returning my money stating that its not their fault that my wallet got closed. Also it is not their fault that now I will only get back Rs *** of refund for the item cancelled. I also got a T&C from them which may or may not have been altered, but it states that the cashback will stay as reward money and will not be returned to the bank account.
I simply ask for reopening of my PhonePe wallet so that I can use this Rs **** CashBank.

I transferred money as rent payment from HDFC Credit card to the marchent by phonepe app. In app transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to the marchent
