DEELS ON DOOR SERVICES PVT.LTD. - lost money, items not received

on *-dec-**** i got a call from www.thedealsindia.com customer support number **********, they said that as a company promotional activity every year there are giving ***% assured gift and i won dell laptop if i buy a combo pack of worth *,***/- rs, initially i rejected to buy, but they called me again and again and said it’s a confirmed prize and you will get laptop along with your combo items, first i got combo items(shoes+mixer grinder), they didn't send me laptop along with combo, i called and asked them why didn't you send laptop, then they said along with combo prize they are also conducting i** car contest every year, so far we have conducted * contests in * states, they showed me one video in youtube with “dealsothon” name giving car prizes to customers and they said this time we are conducting in hyderabad and i'm nominated for that contest, i said i don't want to participate in the contest and i want my laptop as assured gift, they said if you don't want to participate in i** contest you have to wait until the contest happen in your city, along with the car contest we'll distribute assured prizes as other customers also won assured gifts like iphone *s, laptop and other gifts. they said you have to pay only **,***/- rs to participate in i** contest and i can buy some products for that amount, then i paid **,***/- rs from citi bank my credit card, after paying this amount i got laptop, i thought this **k would be sufficient to participate in contest, they asked some more money for road tax and event charges as *,**,***/- rs through fashioinothon.com website, it’s their child website, initially they used to take money from this one only, so by end of december i paid around * lakhs by using my credit cards, for that **k they send me one balaji diamond pendent worth **k, initially they said on **st dec **** we are conducting this event, but they didn’t , they said due to some reasons we are postponing the event to **th jan ****, again postponed, again said **st march **** at any cost we will give your prize as this is a financial year so we have to close all the accounts and tax submissions, by that time i paid around *lakhs , event didn’t’ happen on that date. different different people used to call me from different numbers and said they are event managers, and head of the event organizers like that, every day i used to call them and asked my prize, they used to say different different reasons and trying to convince me, then again they said you have to pay **% of the car amount to win the prize as the car prize is around *.* lakhs, and you will get each and every benefit for that amount i paid, by that time i paid around * lakhs, one day they called me and i have also won the *lakhs rupees jackpot case prize. because of this reason they postponed the contest date, and i’ll get it * lakh jackpot cash along with car on contest date, To nominate for that you have make some payment and buy things which I want, I made **k payment and asked me to send some ** carat gold items so that I can sell them and arrange money, they said ok, but again they send me those dummy diamond pendent items worth *,**,***/- rs. I told them these diamond pendents are not worthable for the amount I paid as I checked with some jewellery showroom in hyderabad, they said don’t worry we’ll arrange a reverse pickup, so please keep it with you and don’t use. I said ok and make it fast, so on the whole they send me * lakhs rupees cheap diamond pendent items, I can’t even sell them outside because those cheap and no one is ready to take, whenever they send me products there was no from address of the company, so that’s why I couldn’t able to send them back as I was not aware of those items are cheap. Whenever I used to ask about event they used to take money from me for different reasons, they said finally on **th aug **** is the confirmation date for contest, I asked them send me official confirmation mail, they used to say different reasons like we preparing, please wait for some time, next week you will get it, like that.
without my permission they send me samsung **’’ inch tv worth **k and after dispatching the tv they informed me that they sent me tv, and apple iphone * worth **k. so far they took money from me for different reasons like event charges, road tax, government tax, security deposit, nominee details, in partial mode like **k, **k, **k, **k like that they took around * lakh rupees from me in * year, different different people used to call from different numbers and asked for money, for every month they used to take money for different reasons and said we are working on your file and due to some reasons we are postponing the event,

no one is responding, after taking all this money they stopped responding to my calls and started cheating other customer for the same i** car contest, i have seen many complaints against this company online for the same i** car contest, they used to send messages from sbi bank saying “pay **,*** to collect your prize from deals on door pvt ltd”, i made payment through sbi collect , initially i made some payment around *,**,***/- using their other child website called “fashionothon.com”, i’m attaching those payment receipts as well, when i started making payment there were no complaints against this company online, last year by this time i proceeded legally by approaching lucknow layer as this company is based in lucknow, uttarapradesh, till now no update from my lawyer also. i tried all my possibilities to get back my money, but nothing works. it’s my hard earned money, please try to solve the issue. this is very serious issue, they are cheating many customers in the name of i** car contest. if you want you can go and check in consumer complaints website, i believe you will resolve my problem.
