LABEL ANVI - Lost item NonDelivery by Porter Driver

Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint regarding a missing parcel booked through Porter. The parcel contained a valuable handwork Salwar and Dupatta set belonging to our boutique.

The Porter delivery partner was assigned to deliver the parcel to the destination. However, during transit, he informed us through a message that he had lost the parcel before completing the delivery. When we tried to contact him multiple times to understand the situation, he did not answer any of our calls. Later, he sent a message stating that the outfit was lost and blocked our contact number, preventing any further communication.

Immediately after this incident, we raised a complaint with Porter customer support. Unfortunately, the company has failed to take responsibility for the loss caused by their delivery partner. Their team has been delaying the issue, not responding properly to our calls, and has not provided any resolution or compensation so far.

The lost parcel contained a handwork boutique outfit of significant value, and due to the negligence of the delivery partner and lack of proper support from Porter, we have suffered financial loss and inconvenience.

Despite repeatedly trying to resolve this matter with Porter, no proper action has been taken.

Therefore, I request the concerned authority to look into this matter seriously and direct Porter to take responsibility for the negligence of their delivery partner and provide compensation for the lost outfit at the earliest.
