Zudio delhi - Lost bill

I threw my hard copy of the bill, didn't received any msg from zudio for that. The team was very rude to me n my friend. I haven't opened the products n went to a zudio store for shopping some more stuffs and we were done almost and suddenly they asked for a checking. I said yes only for bag checking they asked me for body checking although the checker was a lady but still the touch was not good,that was very uncomfortable.
They found * shades one was open and others were sealed since I purchased it last month on last week so it was still unused. They asked me for the bill, I said i don't have that but still showed them the transaction history, they contacted the department from where I've purchased. They got the bill transaction for one n for other they haven't.
Had to wait for almost * hour, they haven't got any solution and had to pay again this was not so expected n that was too insulting n harrassing..
