Money India Research - Losses from stock advisory

Service of stock advisory has been started for which I have paid *****, and in my demat I started with *.* lakh amount. Mr Ankit who was responsible for advisory has given me the loss of ***** in * consecutive days. When I was starting my service it was committed by the company that the second instalment of my fees will be paid after * lac profit but ,when loss has come they were demanding the second instalment on my losses and they told me that they are not getting any support from their research department, and they stopped my services nither they have recovered my total losses and nor the profit. The fees paid ***** is for the profit and now they have stopped my all services and forcing me to pay the second instalment and one thing is also to mention while I was paying their fees the billing name was coming something media services. I can't remember whole but it was something like that. Kindly help me to refund my fees paid and losses as no service commitment has been completed and now they have stopped my all services. As they have threatened me with their loss-making calls I have traded only in *-* calls in which they have recovered my only ***** losses of ***** are including fees.
