Beniwal travels - Loss or theft of luggage

I am writing to formally report an incident of theft that occurred on the night of **/**/**** at approximately **.** pm to the morning of **/**/**** at *.** am. The purpose of this letter is to provide a formal statement regarding the incident for your records.
On the aforementioned date and time, I was traveling on the Beniwal travels bus with the registration number AR** T **** from Ahmedabad to Mumbai. During the journey, the bus conductor urged me to keep my bag in the luggage compartment. I complied and checked where he placed it. However, upon arrival in Mumbai and retrieving my luggage, I discovered that it was missing.
What is particularly alarming about this incident is that the bus conductor was aware of the bag and its contents but did not inform me when he realized that it was missing. Instead, he waited until I was deboarding the bus to notify me that my bag was not there. This behavior is suspicious and leads me to believe that the conductor may be involved in the theft of my luggage.
The bag contained several important items, including my flight computer, school leaving certificates, personal documents such as Aadhar card, expensive clothes, belts, and shoes. The loss of these items has caused me significant distress and inconvenience.
I am submitting this letter to request that an investigation be conducted into the matter and for appropriate legal action to be taken against the perpetrator, including the bus conductor. I have attached any relevant documents or evidence to support my statement. Please let me know if there is any additional information that is required to assist with the investigation.
