Trivandrum RMS counter no 1 track id Complain no - Loss of my parcel

Sir, I have sent my parcel from trivandrum rms to Shillong on **.**.**** but still after * months crossed, I have not got my article till now. When I enquired my article, they replied that my article has been lost at Howrah. It contains my important documents, class notes copy, very expensive books, and costly clothes which is total worth of Rs. **,***. Now, I suffered from financial condition a lot. They only compensate me Rs. *** which is not a justice. I also paid Rs. *** during the time of booking of my parcel but that amount also not paid by INDPOST. I believe on INDIAPOST which is my blunder to faith on him. Kindly, help me sir. It is my cordial request with u to stand with me and take bold action against INDPOST so that I get my actual compensate amount and no other suffer like me in near future. Sir, u r my first and last hope.
