Mpoket - Loss of money

In mpoket I took loan amount of **** and *** on **/**/**** but that amount is not disbursed in my account. loan activity showing amount added but amount is not added in my bank account today I paid **** after that my credit limit increased increased limit and paid limit is not showing on available limit.total **** amount is locked at mpoket
