have used this service for Pune to Chittorgarh(Raj.) and not at all satisfied. Packing was not at all good and lot of items broken in transit, * almiras, single bed and there were lot of scratches in my new activa. Once I recieved items, then I shared the all pics of damaged items, but no reply from their side, as they received all money from me so no response. Also once they loaded all items from Pune then after * days they asked for extra money, then I complained that you are asking so much, this is not good, they he say "Sir, paise nahi doge to apka maal load nahi karunga, ap FIR karaoge to bhi police nahi dhoondh paegi as we dont have any particular office address aur apke saaman apko kabhi nahi mil paega..." then after lot of discussion, we agreed to some lower amount, but ya I need to pay as my all items are with them... Also packing material were also of not a good quality and all items were not fully packed... *. Poor Quality material *. Asked for more money (This was so horrible as if you not give then they will not load the items) *. Lot of items damaged...but no response from their side.
