https traderama co in - Loss in portfolio management services

The company traderama and myself had entered into an agreement as per which they will be trading on my behalf, for which the will be paid once profited. As per the agreement in which the trading strategy was no more than *-* trades per day, not more than *-**% of capital risk and also if my capital drops below **% you will take my consent to trade further or cease trading. None of these were followed, they had taken * trades in one day risking ***% of the capital and my acc was wiped out to zero in one day from close to ****USD. Now neither they answer my calls, nor reply to my emails. Even though the agreement says they wont be responsible for any losses, the rules of trading strategy was not followed due to which the loss occurred. Had they followed the terms agreed losses would be minimum and chances of recovery in further trades was possible, neither did they contact me to take my consent when loss was **% of my capital which was also part of the agreement.
