Actually we have to send the medicines to my daughter, who is residing in Edinburgh, Scotland. A friend of mine's daughter from Meerut has a flight to Edinburgh on Aug ** , **** morning from Delhi, that's why it was so urgent to send the liquid medicines before Aug **, ****. In view of this we tried your services, who promised us that the delivery will be on Aug **, ****, it was delivered on time but in a very bad shape by which we had a very bad experience. The medicines were both solid and liquid. We thought of shipping the liquid medicines to Meerut by your services and I had to speed post all the solid medicines through the post office in Rs. ****.** of ayurvedic medicines costing approximately Rs **, ***/-. Now all my liquid medicines were ruined due to breakage, so there is no means to receive the solid medicines. I am shattered like anything. I can't express my grief to you. I didn't even tell my daughter about the actual situation.
As per your desire, I am sending you the copy of the shipping receipt, images of the contents before and after the delivery. They didn't take the picture at the time of the delivery. The delivery person himself kept the items all along with the shattered packet with broken pieces in a separate polythene and handed over to the recipient. He was also surprised to give them the item. You can even trangulate with the delivery person. As far as the value of the content, it was approximately costing Rs. **,***. The medicines were taken from an ayurveda person from Narkatiaganj, Bihar. Now I don't have the time to arrange the medicines again. The contents description is as follows -
Ayurvedic medicines - * thick bottles
Homeopathic medicines - ** packs
Youthamrit - ** ml - * bottle
Safranyam - ** ml - * bottle
Nasya - ** ml - * bottles
Total ** packs
