I have ordered a combo of * branded shirts (KOUTONS) from the advertisement on facebook. It was a Cash on delivery option and when I received the product, the delivery boy allowed me to open the product only when I paid him the total amount. later, when I opened the package, I was shocked to see the cheap quality shirts, which were completely different from which it was advertised. I tried to call their customer care service numbers provided on the package, it was all the fake numbers, which are not in working condition.
I have been completely upset with the way I was cheated and I do not have any option to neither contact them nor to get the refund, from this forum I would like to appeal to solve the issue.
and one more major concern is that I am sure that so many people in India are being cheated in the same way.
