Consultant India - Looted by fraud recruitment consultant company

I registered in https://www.shine.com/ on *rd Feb '** to apply for a position.
I was contacted by Ms. Anjali from Consultant India on *th Feb'** telling they have ***% confirmed job from Wipro & IBM for Brand Marketing Manager and asked me to choose one company. She said I need to register in their website https://consultantindia.co.in/ by paying **** which will be COMPLETELY REFUNDABLE during final F*F interview. Then she started charging for creating godforsaken IDs every single day till *th Feb starting from *.*k till **k again emphasising "completely refundable during the final interview. Then I was called by their Senior HR to schedule my first telephonic interview with Wipro HR and gave some useless too generic tips to face the interview. Then after interview they started charging me again for document verification etc etc. I sensed something fishy and even told that I want to back off from all of this. But that lady forced me with her sugar coated words that I will be enrolled in their premium services valid for * years, which I NEVER REALLY ASKED FOR!!!!
Finally a person from their Verification team Mr. Tarun Soni contacted me and verified all my previous payment and again started lotting my money again. He said there won't be any F*F interview due to COVID and WIPRO is too happy to directly hire me for * LPA package. He extracted too much money in the pretext of offer letter creation, gadgets, GST etc etc. I ended up paying *.** Lakhs by end of **st March'**. I was promised every single time by him that I will get back my entire money by *st week of Apr'** or max by **th Apr. Then they got some "Technical issues" and bought another week's time. Then on **th Apr, he sent a SMS telling their offices are closed due to COVID outbreak for *-* weeks approx. He said I have got special approval especially for you to refund on emergency basis stating physical health concerns, and told me to pay **k for that. I even did that and on **th he called and said the Accounts person got COVID and my money will be refunded by mid of May for sure ***%.
I have e-mail confirmations for initial payments and all the call recordings from the Senior HR and Mr. Tarun Soni.
In between one person names Mr. Ashish Singh from Wipro called and said he got a mail communication from Mr. Tarun that they will closed for **-** days and asked if I want to cancel my profile with the consultant and proceed directly with the company. He somehow blurted out that they got my profile through Shine.
I checked with Wipro Ombudsman and he clearly confirmed that CONSULTANT INDIA IS NOT A REGISTERED CONSULTANT TO HIRE CANDIDATES FOR WIPRO.
Still like an idiot, I believed Mr. Tarun that I will get back all the money. I was too scared to proceed legally even after the official confirmation from Wipro.
Now all those three frauds from the Biggest fraud company are totally unreachable and I LOST MY ENTIRE LIFETIME SAVINGS AND ** MONTHS SALARY.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I'M LITERALLY IN STREETS FOR THE PAST * MONTHS. KINDLY HELP ME OUT
