Safexpress Logistics - LOOSING OF CLOTHS WHILE DESPATCH FROM KOLKATA TO VISAKHAPATNAM THROUGH SAFEXPRESS

My shipment has been couriered by BANARASI NIKETAN KOLKATA no *nd April **. Same has reached to my house at vizag on *th April. Total shipment was with four boxes. Out of that one box was damage. On *th morning while I have opened the boxes it was found ** pieces sarees are missing. Total cost of that is Rs. *****/- after discount. Immediately we contacted your vizag outlet and visited your office. Had a discussion with your ops head Mr vinod & Mgr Mr Ashok. We lodge complain to safexpress@safexpress.com through mail. We also Lodge complain to your customer care through mail (info@safexpress.com) and also lodged complain bearing complain No. (COM**************). Banarasi niketan kolkata has also lodged complain through mail. Again next day on *th April we visited your vizag office. During discussion your operational head has confirmed that your internal processes is on. Out of four boxes one box they have received damage and scanned copy of those has been forwarded to your head office and assured that within week time it will be resolved. There after repeatedly I am sending mail but sorry to say no updates still. I do not know about the final outcome and sorry to say this is ceasing my tolerable limit. And which is forcing me to take legal action involving media. Hope I could express my worry and concern. Please let me know should I get justice from your end or I have to snatch justice from my level. I am expecting suitable feedback in this regards immediately.
