Medical and Visual Technologies Pvt Ltd - LOOSE WIRE PROJECTOR

I rented a projector and a screen, the wire was loose and the slideshows would go off and reappear so my whole event was a FLOP. I took a video of it and showed the owner ANIPUTAN and told him I will give half the amount as it did not work. But instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me for everything saying why I didn't call him when clearly he told me before renting he was available only till * pm and my show was at * pm so he could not come to set it up.
He was aggressive and was shouting instead of finding a middle ground and he shouted at me in my own house.
