LeiberrhRefrigerator - Long delay to address complaint

Purchased Liebherr Refrigerator (Invoice no.: **R*******) on **/**/**** from CPR Distributors Pvt Ltd. Opp Empress City, Nagpur.
In the last week of June **** complaint was registered regarding ineffective cooling and it was attended after * days.
Again on August **** same complaint registered. However till now problem is not solved.
Within a span of one month same problem is noticed twice.
Liebherr should replace the faulty item with new and pay the compensation for the days of suffering OR pay back the purchase amount and compensation for the days of suffering.
