Shriram Finance Vijayawada - lone not given becous of moblie number reference another clime but i am not given

i am applying personal lone in shriram finance in Vijayawada, all documents are submitted, and lone also approved amount of *****/- then agree to pay *****/-, then the executive ( Ms Bhavani) say your mobile number is linked other person lone reference, then the other person not paid lone, so the executive (Ms Bhavani) says your lone is rejected. then i am going to patamata branch Vijayawada two Weller vehicle lone manager (Mr Veerababu) he say the lone taken person given number and we enter my records, but i am not given such type of lone and i am not given any reference to any one. today i am going to shriram finance and meet manager he all so say we cont do any thing. so please do the need full and please give my lone and i request to both branches for explanation for with out my consign why taken my mobile number is reference then why they block my lone and i need a compensation of *****/-
