Navata Road Transport at ONGOLE - Logistics Items Not handed over

I am N Ram Charan was received * bags of rice and other items from my brother K Hemanth from Hyderabad. The items were booked in NAVATA road transport at Jeedimetla branch of Hyderabad with a freight charge of Rs*** on **-**-****. the otems were reached Ongole transport office on **-**-**** and we went to receive the items on **-**-****. The NAVATA road transport office in charge demanded excess labor charge which included in freight chagres.
We * people went to NAVATA office to receive the items and we said we don't want labor services in handing over our items and we don't pay that labor charges. But the NAVATA transport in charge denied to hand over my items without paying labor charge as we said we don't want labor service. In the process he talked very arrogantly with out respect to us and created heavy mental stress and handed over our Rice bags which caused me a extra expenses to purchase of rice. Hence i request you sir/madam do do justice in possible manner for demanding excess charges and failure of hand over of items booked under Logistics. Thanking you
