Divya Roy filed complaint against Flipkart, IDFC Bank on Apr 3, 2023
By mistake I have made payment amount Rs-****/- to Flipkart pay later Service loan department initiated by IDFC First bank on dt.**-**-**. After complaining to IDFC they told me they will refund my money but at last they told your flipkart due amount reflecting that will adjust with Rs-****/- but i refused that i will pay you don't have to adjust after that they confirm ok i will refund your money. But without my concern neither concern with flipkart team they adjusted my money with my due & remaining amount refund to me on dt.**-**-**.
After adjustment in flipkart account showing due again i complained to IDFC they told me it will be adjusted in ** working days but still not resolved. I also complained to flipkart they told me it will be settled down by *-* working days but still not resolved & from flipkart team they are charging interest in due amount i asked them who will pay this interest amount while my payment was adjusted on dt.**-**-** they don't have any answer for this query. This problem for * months on a regular basis. I'm taking follow-up with them. They don't provide resolution to me.
I am attaching documents please go through it & Its a humble request to sort this issue as soon as possible.
