I have complained for Kent Ro grand, person came and got three things replaced and for my knowledge I was under impression that he is from Kent Company, he charged me extra amount for parts he replaced and today I am facing same pblm again so now I am getting information that these part are not original they are local parts. And and top when I called company lady sitting their is telling me that after one year she is not suppose to listen to my complaint. Though it's not yet * year. My complaint is after paying extra amount from MRP company is still providing me with local part. This is cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
