Cashe Loan App - Loan was not settled

I took a loan with cashe for trading purpose but i lost all the money, i was mentally disturbed by thinking how to pay my loan then after many calls from company i talked to one of their employee about settlement and he ensures me that he will help me to close my loan to pay off my debt i sold my bike then asked the employee to take the amount *****/- rs and settle my loan he promised me many times that i will get noc but after payment he is not picking up my call and he also not removed the penalty amount which is very easy for him , i am a student and not doing any job i dont have any option to pay him again and i mailed company *-* times to settle my loan they're not even replying i am stuck in a very bad situation please help me to get justice he took advantage of my kindness i have all the payment proof and chats.
