sir loan amount ***** not credited to my account as it is closed on ** APR **** and the same I informed to customer care they asked closed letter from bank same provided and statement also provided but amount not diverted to my new account when ever calling saying it will get resolved in few days but my EMI shedule is from ** Jun **** onwards please do needful.
