Pkf Finance Ltd - Loan Statement not provided to me even after many Reminders

I had a car loan bearing case no.*** in Pkf finance ltd.
I was paying all my installments **-**days before due date upto Dec****
I am demanding for my statement of Loan account from last **-** days and i also conveyed that if my Loan statement will be provided than only i will pay my next installment. I had called many times to recovery man and also visited office to get the statement but they again didnot provided me and i also sent registered post regarding the same to batala branch and jalandhar head office still they didnot provide me same.
I knew that most of the fake statements provided by company to customers so as to get the recovery in any way they i am eye witness of this, i have proof of fake statement which was fraudulently provided to customers so due to fear of same i was asking for the statement but they still failed to provide me same.
Actually they do all to recover overdue charges and other charges and do legal on parties to recover higher amount.
I have a High Cibil score and with this my Cibil score will be effected who will be responsible for lowering my cibil score.
Company handed over the statements to most of thier customers upto **jan **** but again didnot to me.
