Pasunur umakanth filed complaint against Mpokket Loan Application on Nov 6, 2020
I availed *****rs loan and repaid ****rs for ****rs loan that is ****rs extra and they contacted my parents for the rest of the money with penalty. My issue is ill pay the money what i took from them but not the penalty due to lockdown,covid-** and my self iam a student with no income background. They have to understand the situation and help out i have already paid penalty and again they are harassing for penalty.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
