Jalan chemicals industries p ltd Mpokket - Loan repayment harassment by Mpokket

I took a loan of *** rupees in **** but I was unable to pay it for the *st two months being a student at that time.
Later they started harassing me by circulating my picture as a defaulter and fraud to all my contacts , giving warning to them not to indulge in any financial transaction with me.

Later they harassed by calling me to extract the amount forcefully by visiting my home

And then by sending fake court cases summons to me and warning me of consequences of imprisonment on non availability in the court by hiring fake advocates.

All this very badly affected my mental health
Now again they started reporting to CIBIl about non repayment suddenly which is negatively affecting my CIBIL score although RBI has declared all such loan companies which harass their clients as illegal

I am ready to settle the amount but will not pay the full amount as it is showing **** after such level of harassment. I am ready to pay *** + *** as a penalty as was decided earlier after which they started harassing
