Ant wallet - Loan processing fee not refunded

Sir/madam, on *st of January **** I applied for personal loan with Ant Wallet. Rs. ***/- was paid by me as service charge (refer UPI ID. ************ sent to razorpay@icici daded ** January ****) and was asked to wait for ** working days. I had emailed many times but have not received any response from Ant Wallet. Neither loan has been sanctioned nor my money which I have paid as service charge has been refunded. Request look into the matter and help me to get my money refund. Regards
