Cashe Loan App - Loan payment fraud

I have been scammed by one of cashe's agent, i took a loan of *****rs where i got *****rs.CASHe Loan Account No: *************** . I am a student and got very huge loss in trading that's why am bankrupt but i never thought of not returning the money then one of cashe company agent or employee ( manisha Sharma cashe, Mob no. ********** ) - as showed in truecaller, message me on whatsapp and there was a male speaking that tum hamari company ke saath fraud kar rahe ho then i told him my problem and requested him to settle my loan amount in *****rs then he told me to wait for some time and he will ask his manager about this and then he messaged me and promises me that he will close my loan amount and i will recieve noc after some time of payment on mail then i trusted him and asked many times that ' will loan will be closed after this sir ' or ' will i receive noc after this ' and he promised me for everything and sended a payment link of *****rs. and after payment he seens my messages Not picking up my call, number not reachable, and he also not removed penalty from my amount, because of that person i am unable to settle my loan amount he is totally fraud and today i received a call they are asking payment of *****rs without any sense and there was a lady harrasing a customer i listened on call and i also have all recordings and chat proofs. Please look into this critical situation. And from some days they are not replying please help me to get out of this.
