I got a flexi loan from Bajaj Finserve, the total amount is *,**,*** including insurance, but I took just *** Rs from Bajaj Finserve customer account to my bank account. As it is the flexi loan I can take any amount and pay for the money which we have taken in the next five years. I took just *** Rs and paid **** Rs. as monthly due for next * months. I understood that they cheated me so I went for foreclosure and paid *,**,*** Rs for closing while closing they refund **,*** Rs immediately.
And I contacted customer care they told me that, due to insurance you are asked to pay these much of amount. So if you surrender insurance we will refund *****.** Rs, as suggested by Bajaj finance I submitted documents for surrendering insurance but still, I didn't get the money back.
