Reliance Finance Ltd - Loan not processed

Sir, I have applied for personal loan from Reliance Finance Ltd. After applying i received a letter from Reliance saying that i need to pay Rs. ****/- as processing fee. After paying the fee the loan amount will be credited after ** min. I have paid the processing fee and then I am asked to pay another Rs. ****/- for security payment. But they did not say anything about this earlier.
I find it is scam and please help me to get back the processing fee.
