S&S Financial - Loan not given

A medical loan through S&S Financial, Mumbai. My husband's health is very critical and needed loan urgently for his surgery. I am the only bread earner in the family. They agreed to give a loan of Rs. *,**,***/- and asked me to send my documents through mail and to pay the first EMI of Rs. ****/- in their account. And also said that as soon as I deposit the amount the agreement will be ready by their lawyer and I will have to go to his office and sign the agreement. I then deposited the amount of Rs. **** on **th July to their account. Their bank details:

I reside at Navi Mumbai. I was called to sign the document on **th July **:** am at Malad. They told me to come at Raheja exotica Malad and give them a call. I reached there in the morning and gave them a call. But I was shocked to know that my number was blocked. I was waiting there for * hours but no sign.
