Quick cash - Loan not given

Well wanted a loan went on the site clickindia got a number of contacts, few of them messaged me on WhatsApp. They asked for the transfer of money I did that is ****/- which they said would be refundable. After paying that they say pay additional **** and that would be refunded too. I didn't but they insisted and said mean things about the country and me. Got upset and told them to cancel as firstly they said today I would get the loan, but after paying additional amount they said I will get the money. So I wrote a letter to cancellation. They said wait till Monday.
