Aninda Chakrabarti filed complaint against Cashe Loan App on Feb 8, 2024
I have applied the loan on December **, ****. Received the approval call on the very next day December **, ****. The app showed verification in process on a regular basis, in spite of receiving the approval call.made multiple calls every day to connect with the customer support executive. finally, after ** days I could connect with the customer executive and then they approved the loan on the app.
Since then I am checking with them on a regular basis for my loan. It’s been ** days today and I haven’t received it yet. Every time I contact them, they promised to get it disbursed by midnight, whenever I mailed for the same, I received robotic same replies to hold for five days because they are facing bank issues. I applied the loan for an emergency. my payment date is set for **th of every month and my next payment date is **th of February ****. I haven’t got my amount yet. Please help. I am in extreme need of money for family health issues.
