Loan Service Dhni - Loan Not Disbursed after taking money

I would like to state that I have applied for Rs ****** on **.**.****.But instead of providing loan they are seeking money * times from me on various account i.e.loan processing charge, Health Insurance charge,GST Verification Charge ,TDS & Service Tax, late fine of TDS and RBI unhold charge
I have paid money * times as per demand. But the *th time I refused to pay the amount for the disbursing loan and seek credit back my deposited money as well
as cancel my loan.But they are unwilling to cancel my loan and credit back my money.At Preliminary discussion they never told me about all charges i have to pay. For Dhani Finance Ph No :********** is used for calling and Whatsapp
