Cashe Loan App - Loan not disbursed

My loan from Cashe app was approved on the **th of Dec **** for ***** INR. They took all my documents and they signed the e-mandate with me. As per their commitment they are supposed to disburse in ** hours. It has been ** days since that day and there is no sign of loan disbursal. I have sent **+ mails to them but no response. I raised a ticket and they send the same automated response that ETR for loan is * working days. It has been ** days. Also, in app my repay date is **th Jan ****z I haven’t even received the money in my account.
Withholding loan disbursement post document verification , approval and e-mandate sign is harassing a customer.
