Think And Learn Pvt Ltd Byju s - Loan not cancelled despite paying full amount

With due respect, I, Barun Singh beg to state that I had bought an online course from Think And Learn Pvt Ltd (Byju's) course for * years amounting to Rs. *****/-. But later we agreed to partially cancel the loan with payment of *****/-. Now, despite paying the agreed amount I got to know from IIFL ( loan partner) that my loan is still active. They have not provided me with the NOC also and saying it will take time. Now it's been more than six months since we cancelled the loan but still I didn't receive any NOC. The most important part is that my CIBIl has been affected very badly due to this due to which I am facing serious problem in applying for home loan. I have all the proof regarding this partial cancellation of my loan. Please look into this as it is making my CIBIl score is deteriorating continuosly.
