I have applied to a loan from icici bank but was not satisfied with the interest rate so I decided not to go with their offer. Inspite of this, they disbursed the amount to me and counterfeited my sign on the agreement. I complained this to them and was told to deposit the amount plus a cancellation fee of ****, which I did. I thought everything was settled. But the bank sent the ecs to my bank demanding emi on **/**/****. The bank has not cancelled the loan even though the request of cancellation in writing has been given to them since **/**/****. The loan was disbursed on **/**/**** and was initimated to them via email the same day about the error. Please help.
