MI Credit Loan - Loan Issue from MI Credit

I applied Loan through MICredit MObile app on **th Sep ****. But Loan Disbursement got stuck and never happened. I was holding my mobile for more than one hour on **th . I re started the MICredit App, its showing loan got disbursed on **th Sep but It never got credited to my account. customer care and backend team for * days saying we will check and let u know. in re pay option its showing emi starting date as *th nov **** but as on ** sep loan money has not been credited to me. please help. thanks
