Dhani indiabulls instant personal loan - Loan is not transferred in my account till now

Few days ago some dhani indiabulls agent called me and told my father that he can get instant personal loan only after paying the processing fee. After we paid the processing fee..he told us that again some taxes are to be paid..we paid those taxes too...he told that after paying those taxes our loan account will be transferred in my father's account...but that didn't happen. His senior called us and told ki some noc document is required for the loan to pass ..we paid that to but still the loan amount is not transferred in my father's account and both the agents have switched off their phones
